These joints are used on cable spot-welding guns.

When an operator positions a gun in the zone to

be welded, he is often submitted to unnecessary

efforts due to the secondary cables that are an

impediment to the movements.

These types of joints (TEWI patent) are clamped

or unclamped at the same time of the weld cylinder

and allow an easy positioning of the gun as the

secondary cable is free to move when the gun is open.

If the gun is hydraulically operated, W94 hydraulic type is used.

If the gun is air operated, W2000 pneumatic type is used.
