supplying both makers of resistance welding equipment

and line builders.

After 12 years we have now hundreds of units in production

in the Automotive Industry in 26 countries.

In the year 2000 we designed the NEW

“SCB” series of guns,

with a common body and  86% standard components.

The body is manufactured in batches of 20 units

and this allows to reach the best compromise

between production costs and delivery times.

This new project collects and concentrates

the design and production experience

of the most important gun designers and users

in West Europe.  

It reduces overhead selling costs

as guns can be purchased directly by Internet

even if they are a very technical subject.

In fact, after customers have sent all data

to us on a CAD file we shape and send back the 3D model

of the gun to be approved

with the calculation of its Centre of Gravity and Weight.

These new concept guns dramatically shorten

all delivery times, as standard components are kept in stock

and a gun can easily be dispatched in about 6 weeks.
