DIES for Projection Welding

These male and female dies are standard 

components to be inserted in forming dies

to create on the component to be welded

the protrusion needed for projection welding.

They are made in hardened steel with a spe-

cial treatment on the active surfaces to last

5,000,000 cycles.

Their design is according to ISO, AWS and

RWMA standards.

The male and female dies are

available in a complete set for

all sheet thicknesses from 0.5

to  3 mm, in a wooden lockable

box.
